In early May their technicians performed a lot of nothingness on my computer and charged me $149.99 to fix a computer problem. All of the razzle dazzle that they did, in this ONE TIME FIX only caused more problems and the original problem concening a Library RunTime issue was never fixed by yhem. The SuperAntiSpyware software that they installed whle they had remote control over my computer just caused a TOTAL NIGHTMARE.instead of resolving the issue, they just compounded the problems; all kinds of things started going wrong and they were also the cause of other viruses and attacks that just made things so horrible that the computer was totally inoperable. I finally cleaned off my hard drive, taking it back to its original state; reinstalled the necessary Windows software, and built my computer files and programs back to normal I want a total refund of the $149.99, credited back to my credit card. On May 25 I emailed them and ask that they submit a total refund immediately. I further stated that if they fail to honor this refund request, then I will look for other ways to correct your fraudulent actions; whatever avenues I may find. I also am interested in what you may have to say about the Rip-Off report that is posted on the Internet.
