Not so good! - HP Presario Notebook and HP Photosmart 309a

Both Presario Note book and HP 309a have been total disappointments. The first week I had the notebook 2 keys came off the battery went dead after three months and numerous technical problems. I have spent countless hours with reps who I did not understand nor could they understand me. The printer has to be pluged in and unpluged daily (no sense in going wireless). I am so sorry to write this note and hope that someone will sincerely look into problems. Thank you for listeneing.
