My Brother passed away in Hospice in November. Reconnect subsequently debited my checking for $179 in 2011 and again in February of of 2012. They will not cancel the account until the equipment is returned and I told them in 2011 that we didn't know where it was at. They want to charge me $360 for the equipment that is three years old and probably not worth $100. This company is heartless. They throw up every road block they can to keep the billing going, even for a dead person. There is a special place in h*ll for vultures like this.
