Can some-one resolve this - Treo 755p

Here I am a CUSTOMER of 13 YEARS who has held on to this sorrrrry-god forsaken company. They have managed to partner with so many companies they have forgotten the fact that suckers that they use as customers actually fund this company. IDIOTS, they have let some no name come in and STEAL a good portion of their market share with VOIP! A low price, and most of all NO CONTRACT. THe CEO, CFO should just quit..
Anyway; I myself have had a Smartphone since who knew that we would be dwarfed by 1g, 2g, 3g, and even 4g, who knew? HOwever Sprint who just reigned

On thier PREMIERE PLAN, once agian sucker-punching the customers, what do you expect? My situation is, I have had a smartphone for SEVERAL years and now all of the new phones (Especially Sprint PARTNERS) have to have some special plan becuase they dont work on the exsisting network that SPrinT ever so graciously provides us with... Its the same network, Im going run this by the FCC, how can a simple startup CDMA carrier like Metro - PCS have the same network but cheaper prices? I dont get it, I dont think that I should have to pay for this, but as I have been told by Customer care, eventhough you have been a customer for 13 years, the best we can do for you is put you in a 69.99 plan if you want an up-to-date android phone, and you have to sign a 2-year agreement (can they really be serious) I have had a touch-screen since 2001 and I have to pay more because Sprint has partnered with another company no not I. I have had the same TREO 755P for the last 4 years, (can you just imagine how much this phone has depreciated? But it still works, but that time has come for me to change phones, and I feel that I should be GRANDFATHERED in
and its not like I am asking for an IPHONE, just a simple android being that HP bought Palm, I like things to stay the way they are...

After being with this company all of theese years, I have to run my blood pressure up talking to customer care because "I AM SPEAKING ON DEAF EARS" and I am just nothing... Can you get someone to call me, That really cares about a 13 year customer or should I say SUCKER? I shouldn't even be typing this paragraph,
the funny thing I have been to the escalation department, even the retention Department... Imagine that!
