I renewed my MJ, then saw the promotion for MJ which I immediately decided better fit my needs. So, the same day as I had renewed, I contacted MJ customer service on-line & arranged to have my debit card charge reversed & my renewal suspended so I could enter a new order for MJ. A week later, no reversal on the charge so I called a live customer service agent who told me they could not reverse the charge because I'd used the MJ for a phone call the day of my renewal. I asked to speak with a supervisor & was told she wasn't available, then the call suddenly got cutoff for whatever reason. I tried sending an email & received an 'undeliverable' response. Not exactly a good way to treat a loyal customer who wants to upgrade his service & spend more $'s with MJ. Pretty disgusted... Extremely poor customer treatment, especially when MJ reneged on an earlier agreement with me.
