Has Poor Customer Service and Continues Billing You After Cancelation

I renewed a domain name with Namecheap.com. It was set to renew a couple weeks later. Namecheap.com doesn't provide any customer service. They ended telling me to cancel my account. So, I canceled my renewal to take place a couple weeks later. They still, however, charged my card and refused to remove the charge. They claimed the renewal already took place. But, it hadn't! It was not even close to the date of renewal yet.
