Magic Jack
Charges my credit card and stopped my service

Have renewed service twice and Majic jack billed one dollar to credit card both times, have tried customer service, unable to correct. They shut off service but I am unable to renew. They have credit card info, signed up for auto renewal but unable to get renewed. Why would they charge one dollar to my credit card? I since have found they are getting cute with renewals, they block one (1) year renewals and force you to renew for five (5) years. You can only get a five (5) renewal, at this time 02-7, hopiing the attorney General will force them to give 1 yr renewal
