This company hides behind auto-renewal. I called to cancel this membership about 15 days after the auto-renewal. This was when I got my credit card statement and found the charge. They said they could not refund because it had been so long since the auto-renewal hit. I asked if they could at least pro-rate the amount since less than a month had gone by since the renewal. They said they could not. All they could do was stop the auto-renewal. I am now out $107.40 because of these people. The service they provide is complete crap. And their customer service is severely lacking. I spoke with a customer service representative and a supervisor. I asked if there was someone above the supervisor I could speak with and I was told that this supervisor was the highest level I would be allowed to speak with (exact words). Do not use this service!!!
