I purchased a Portege R705 only a little more than 1 year before. For the reason that period, my Computer continues to be fixed three times. Every time I informed (and also have files showing it) them that my cord wasn't functioning correctly. Every time, Toshiba dismissed it. I named them last month declaring that my wire was nearly completly out and that I truly required them to displace it, they mentioned that I had been today 30 days past my guarantee and so I needed to purchase one. I mentioned that I required one many times within my guarantee. They did not care, it had beennot their issue! Today, my kid was sleeping in my own mattress, I had been getting my Computer and visited transfer my pc to locate the wire was burning! It'd dissolved on my mattress and was along the way of reduction in to the interface of my pc. After I named Toshiba, their reaction to me was, "are you able to call-back Mon?" Flippin truly??? Nicely, I'm tired of their bad customer support, their laugh of the "scenario supervisor" and also the proven fact that they don't remain behind their item or consider something similar to this significantly! I'll be publishing this tale in most location I will discover, warning press, and considering lawsuites!!! This may have now been a catastrophe had I not captured it over time. It jeopardized my kids, animals, and house... They'll purchase producing thus light of the scenario!!!
