Not honoring the warranty on my Lap-Top

I purchased a fresh Toshiba Laptop Pc at Bestbuy on May Ave, Oklahoma City, okay in August. The computer is meant to truly have a 12 months guarantee onto it. I got it in of a month before since it'd some infections onto it. Bestbuy educated me that it had been not included in the guarantee. And so I got it house and set it myself. This time around I got it in since the charger plug smashed onto it. Bestbuy explained which was not protected underneath the warranty. I requested them if something was protected beneath the guarantee. I named Toshiba plus they declined to repair it underneath the guarantee declaring they might repair it but that it'd charge more than 400 bucks. I'd like Toshiba to repair it underneath the guarantee.
