I purchased a toshiba satellite L355d s7901 at-best buy-in river jackson tx, 15 times after I acquired it the hdd went. They declined to go back since the return policy is 2 weeks. I named toshiba and was handed several and needed to generate 35 kilometers towards the restoration heart. Im handicapped icant wander therefore its difficult for me personally to obtain out. Today nearly 4 weeks later the same occurred hdd has gone out again. Because day 1 I've gotten stops, error messages informing me I've a drive mistake, i launch also it informs me thers no start system and windows exploer isn't responding. Now they need me to come back it and delay as much as 6 months to obtain it mounted. Thats real bull shit! This pc i saved-up a couple of years to obtain and that I expectd it to last over 4 darn weeks. It's been down as well as in the repair center significantly more than I've been onto it. BestBuy is just a rip-off that offers pc that just last until one day following the return policy. Toshiba may be the worst organization actually, the thec assistance couldnt tell me how to proceed. I'm so tired of this computer and toshiba. I'll never purchase something at-best purchase again or purchase another shityy toshiba item.
