Porting Issues - tech support

Tried to get MJ to port my number over to a cellular provider and spent the last 6 hrs trying to get them to give me the correct information for the port request to go through. It was like pulling teeth. There customer service is horrible and there so called "Top 10%" reps, well lets just say that the other 90% are not that far off from them. I even got disconnected from chat because Reuban did not want to help me. I hope you get fired you jerk!!!
