I purchased this computer 10/08 and have had nothing but problems. As i have read, i also have replaced all parts of this laptop many more than 5 times.

Buyer beware when purchasing from dell, for many reasons.

The quality of their products.

Even though my warrenty is good upto i was told to speak to an "american office" to discuss my ongoing issues over the past 3 years i would have to pay extra for "american" support", even though it was canada.

They tell me the reason my keyboard skips into other sentences is because i'm typing to fast. The keyboard and keypad has only been changed over 6 times... I kid you not.

My cd/dvd drive is going onto number 4, the new one just put in whistles. How nice.

I'm to the point that i am trying to contact corporate, i'll try to get a different modle and if not i am going to start filing complaints and sue them. Do they think that avoiding the problems make it go away? I don't know about anyone else but i don't have $1,900.00 to throw away.

This is not a hoax, no joke i'm hoping this over seas company will do something and fix their defects... Thanks for listening
