Lousy Service - Dell Studio Laptop and Customer Service

I ordered a Dell XPS laptop, and when it arrived the keyboard was in Spanish and the keys all linked wrong. No one at Dell could tell us why, and they sent in a replacement that took a few days to arrive. The replacement was the wrong keyboard again. The third keyboard would arrive in three days, and they refused to return my laptop until then without a reason. They have been very unhelpful and difficult to both contact and communicate with. I don't recommended anyone to ever bother with Dell for any reason. It has been a hugely disappointing experience from the beginning and I regret ever buying from Dell.
