Laptop problems - Insiron 1525

Purchased my laptop less than 12months ago, have had problems with it, Motherboard changed and they are changing it again, switches off when ever it feels like at some point their was no power at all, programes not working together.
I requested for it to be replaced for a new one but invain. I have offered to send it back to get my money back but they still said no.
To make it worse since yesterday the 28th have been ringing Dell for support instead i get transfered to from one technician to another.

Have just had it with dell and have decided to donate the computer back to them, soon as they hard that they were very quick to organise that and they even managed to call me which is against their policy.
Anyway it show where they have placed there priorities and be asured customers dont come first not unless you paying, once you start having problems dont even bother calling, just bin it or ask then if they want it for free you'll be suprised. My contacts are 0412820001. Am more than happy to share my experience with anyone at Dell who "CARES".
Shame on you Dell.
