Do not honor extended warranty

Purchased a laptop for my child. The show flickered when completely new often staid on and occasionally sporadic issue or went dead. I acquired the sensation it had been a open-box products when I experienced it had been not precisely or nicely packed. We visited Cookis using the device just 1-2 weeks previous to deal with this issue. I'd taken care of warranty after I purchased the pc they informed us to deliver it yourself towards the producer. I'd to claim using the supervisor that I'd purchased warranty after which he ultimately decided to consider the system for fix and explained it 4-8 months. Today it's nearly 6 months with no laptop. The corporation is just a total laugh, I believe they offered us a return from another client and also to include problems for insult didn't recognize warranty. I'll never purchase SOMETHING out of this terrible shop again and advise you should you purchase a big solution product there-you are getting needless dangers and YES even although you purchase warranty... This ensemble is a laugh.
