Evaluation not printed which against T&H by themselves site

I've bought nikon lense 50mm 1.8D from B&H. It delivered in my experience used actually i bought as new.

I return product to T&H for brand new alternative. But at same time i quit feedback on product that have issue i passed through.

This review was against T&H so that they never published on internet. After 6 months latter i received mail for sorry. I questioned why my evaluation feedback not demonstrated on the website as answer mail. Below is response I acquired.

"Expensive xxxxxx,

We regret your present discontent nevertheless we don't submit study evaluations.

We again apologize that you obtained applied searching product as well as for any trouble this all has caused you.

Please suggest if we are able to be of any more help.
