I was installed two days ago. 2 hours after install I was told I needed to upgrade my pkg. To "maybe" improve the audio/video files I was told I would receive and I was not receiving. I did, no difference. The next tec said didn't matter what pkg. I had I would not receive audio/video files. I made it clear what I waned when I spoke with the sales tec and he made it clear I would receive video/audio but he warned me not to exceed 7GB monthly. Now Iam told your system does not support any streaming. I was deceived. I need audio/video teaching as I suffered a brain injury from an accident. I would never have ordered such a service. I am requesting a complete refund and dismissal of a contract gained thru deception. Sandy shepard
