I bought 2 notebooks 10 weeks ago. Took warranty... 1st notebook had an issue tuesday. Got informed we've to pay for again before we'd get help. Did this. 2nd notebook had an issue wednesday. Again got told I'd to pay for again before I acquired support using the issue. This has gone out of order. Dell is tearing people down and gets away with it... I'll never get another dell and that I can make sure everybody I understand likewise understands whats happening... I had been actually hung-up on by dell assistance and there is no where as you are able to create a criticism about dell and it's really problems
