Charged for product not received

I restored my antivirus application but didn't get the download to use it. There have been two costs put on my charge card by DRI TREND MICRO. One for $59.95 and another for $6.95.

Used to do get numerous emails in the organization informing me my membership was outdated. I really could not look for a telephone number for them. I attempted to email plus they desired to cost one more charge to assist me and answer my concerns. Support!
