Trend Micro held receiving me yearly renewal costs 3 years after I terminated my membership towards the support.

Used to donot capture the renewals in 2009 and 2010 (44.95 each) but I captured this seasonis cost of 62.95. I named to possess all of them returned and was informed they might just return from thirty days. So that they returned my 2011 cost and called me towards the revenue department to speak about the final 2 yrs.

I named their revenue department and discovered the first-person I spoke to who returned my 2011 renewal charge did not actually stop the auto-renewal. Which was the entire issue within the first-place! The revenue department declined to return my last 2 yrs value of costs and charged me for not studying my charge card claims in a reasonable fashion. Oh I observe, you deliver me numerous emails requesting me to restore my membership so when I actually donot, you cost me anyhow. Today you tell me it is OUR problem since I did not examine my charge card record in no time to capture them! Why send emails requesting me to restore should you simply restore it-yourself instantly?

Is there any means I will recover my cash from their store?
