Charge to bank account without authorization

I had been billed $42.80 on my banking account today, 1/17/10, without my agreement. The cost was outlined from DRI*TREND MICRO ORDERFIND. Commnus. Used to do not purchase any antivirus software, or did I restore a membership for almost any antivirus software. I have to have this acknowledged back again to my account instantly.
