Ill collectors for modem returned

After 4 weeks of the toughest DSL company actually I ended it. Delivered 2 modems, got charged to get a 3rd $200. I required an address to come back the Next device that we discovered, no tech-support individual understood where you can deliver it and so I delivered it Priority Mail towards the payment address having a prolonged, strongly printed notice to forward it towards the correct division. Well... It seems that didn't occur and today I've bill collectors calling me. Today I can't locate everywhere online to get hold of a individual at ATT to clear this up. Oh yes can I include that I spent countless hours on-hold awaiting aid n / this problem and that I won't contact them again. I want a corporate target or a way to tell them the Device was delivered plus some fool could not have it where it had a need to move!!
