Dell Customer Service Is AWFUL - Dell Inspiron 1545

I ordered a new computer, took it's beautiful shiny self out of the box, plugged it in & turned it on and... White screen of nothingness. I called customer service which said it was defective and would send a service rep out who should call me today... It's 5pm no call so I called customer service which said I could exchange my brand-spanking new computer but it would take 10-20 BUSINESS DAYS to replace it and they REFUSED to expedite the shipping, even though it was their fault. They offered to let me buy another new one and expedite the shipping (putting a $1400 charge on my card for the old and new computers) but they wouldn't pay for the expedited shipping. Mostly they were rude and impotent to really do anything. I'm returning the computer and going with another company so I don't ever have to waste my time or money with them again.
