Got a faulty tube, named, got RMA and required an upgraded. "should you desire to buy another toner, we will deliver it out." I Stuffed it within the SAME PACKING AS PROVIDED FOR ME. [It'd started dripping THROUGHOUT! ] No word from Co. After handful of months. "We Will contact you back."

I called a few weeks later. "It's still about the workbench." Huh?

After over 4 weeks, I named them AGAIN and was informed I'd NOT loaded the cartridge precisely and that I had utilized the cartridge [my Xerox would not actually use the cartridge inside it: "Eliminate reel from toner cartridge..."]. Was knowledgeable they'd not substitute the capsule which I'd be released a $34. Credit. There is NO method to challenge their statements towards the opposite and obtain an upgraded. If my device would not use finished in it, the way the SWITCH may I purchased it? If it had been loaded improperly, then why did they deliver it in my experience for the reason that method?

Al_3745 seems like a shil for that organization. For his remarks, because the prior article/criticism is nearly the identical (low-) reaction from Newpronet/LibertyToner. What's the clear answer he suggests if we DO as directed and therefore are stymied and stonewalled whenever a alternative is justified?
