HP Officejet 6500 Instant Needed To substitute the green ink cartridge which demands breaking an red bill from the capsule before placing in to the printer. Bill broke down okay however the capsule released instantly throughout fingers and garments. Can not eliminate printer from garments and required a brillo pad to wash fingers. Sent to horsepower wondering where you can deliver the washing statement. There only reaction was they might deliver an upgraded capsule with no discuss the cleansing issue. Excellent reply on the defective item.
