Damage from toner cartridge

I purchased a suitable toner cartridge from their website. The moment we mounted it and created our first backup, it had been obvious anything was incorrect. The printer created a grinding sound and created terrible result.

I asked to get a reimbursement that they quickly issue. I subsequently requested an OEM tube from their store and unearthed that the equipment couldn't create clear result. I washed the drum and printer, which assisted for that first backup, then following copies were filthy.

I expected databazaar.com to deliver me an upgraded drum, as this had clearly been broken from the defective toner cartridge. They declined.

I bought the drum from another organization, and instantly could create clear result.

I keep they have to pay for that drum, plus they decline.
