I have been in contact with HP regarding a laptop I purchased which was recalled. Although it was registered and I received sales promos from HP, I was never informed of the recall. When I finally found out about the recall HP insisted I had missed the cut-off date. If something is recalled and not repaired how can you miss the cutoff date? Maybe we as consumers should cut HP off and purchase a brand that will stand behind its product.
