Laptop Tech Support Unable to Fix Problem After 24 Hours

I bought a HP laptop, Vista 64 bits... I spend 24 hours so far with their tech support, no one has been able to fix my problem and everytime you call you speak to a different person who wants you to tell the whole story over again. It's my fourth HP computer, and it will be my last... Do not buy HP
