The add reads 39.99. Even so I was almost happy to pay anything after losing my keys at the TC Marathon. I was told 15-20 minutes. I hour and 45 minutes later he arrived.
The guy took over 27 phone calls from other ticked off customers. He was renting apts as well as his dog training bus while he should have been working on the key. He messed up my door and broke a couple pieces. His language while wrestling with the key has people crossing the street to avoid the area. His dog decorated the near-bye houses while he played with making a key.
I never asked him to touch the door and kept saying I just wanted to get the truck started and home after a long day. This started at noon with a call to him and at 5 I was listening to him promise me he'd have the parts installed same time next day.
I just want my door and ignition fixedTom
He said he'd have the replacement parts installed the next day. Almost 2 weeks later he now wants $80 dollars more than the $130 paid to him to fix what he broke.
He was rude and said he didn't care about consumer complaints to the Att Gen office or BBB
