The screen to my HP dv5 is flickering constantly. I purchased it 15 months ago and the technical support person stated that I had to purchase a $99.00
watrranty to get any help.
My on line rearch indicated that flickering screens in the dv5 is a common occurence. I don't want to pay for a design flaw!
How do I file a formal complaint?
