Flickering screen on windows phone 8

I am facing a terrible screen flickering issue on my phone.
It is more visible while having a fullscreen displays like photos or surfing internet.
It does not seems to be a hardware problem since it goes away after a soft reset also i searched and other windows phone have the same issue. This is very annoying and making it very difficult for me to work on my phone. Is there a solution to this problem. My phone is Nokia Lumia 920 containing the 8.010211.204 version of windows.
