Lost of funds and no compute

I place a PC on layaway annually and half before. It was reduced to about $150, and that I published them to ask what my complete stability and so I might spend it down plus they provide it. I never got a reply back, and that I've ask many events; no solution. I am out-of around $400, but still do not have a PC.
