All I had been attempting to decide was the pace of the memory in a PC I'd purchased some time back. Obviously it had been out-of guarantee therefore 3 from the 10 occasions I named them I acquired somebody useful, and people helpful tech-support people (while being all-but totally unknowledgeable concerning the item) couldn't reply my basic issue. Probably the most fascinating discussion was the final one, where the girl held declaring I had a need to buy a guarantee before she might answer the issue. Not really a tech-support question, but an item question. After reacting that to all of my questions she simply went quiet and remained about the telephone for all moments before I hungup. WHOA, amazing CS you've there horsepower!
