Sweepstakes Clearinghouse Ripoff Man and lady Xavier Watches

0n 2/13 I made final layaway payment on two Xavier watches. They were delivered about mid March. Both watches had defective clasps so I notified Sweepstakes Clearinghouse and they had me to send them to Xavier Masterpiece Watch Warranty, 9203 Chancellor Row, Dallas, TX 75247 on March 30 I mailed them by insured mail, I have wrote to both companies twice they but the never answered I filed a lost report with the Post Office and still did not hear from them until I received the watches today. Both watches still have the same problem.
