I bought an electrical adaptor from Small Notebook Accessories.com, part number VGP-AC19V43 and obtained part number PCGA-AC19V26. While asking concerning the "mix-up", Andrew, stated the models were exactly the same.

Sadly these were different, whilst the new power adaptor is incompatiable with my notebook, and doesn't function. After I attempted to obtain my money-back, I had been informed that I ought to have browse the web site and noticed the specifications (result: 19.5v DC 4.7amps, after I require 19.5v DC 3.3amps), that will be just like exactly what the device I obtained. Nowhere on the site is there the entire specifications of the VGP-AC19V43 component that I requested.
