Two weeks later the screen randomly goes white

Purchased a fresh mobile phone in a City computers shop for my boy. Fourteen days later the display randomly moves bright. Delivered it towards the shop where i purchased nonetheless they don't consider results.introduced it towards the corporate shop they suggested that I've to deliver it towards the producer after 14 days useful. I mentioned I'd purchase a new telephone to displace it while they attempt to have it fixed, the supervisor suggested he CAn't be accountable for the telephone easily abandon it with him for repairs. I mentioned I've 2 additional traces but this point is for my handicapped boy he explained it generally does not matter rules are guidelines. Don't understand what to complete now. Cannot locate any data. On company.
