Bad service

I bought a fresh notebook and couple of days later I observed excessively high-noise from the DVD device. I expected for alternative plus they stated I'd to pay for shipping costs both methods since I reside in Canada.

I sent the defective device, and when they obtained they stated it had been okay however they may change it out anyways!?

I'd to claim together simply because they did not wish to utilize my FedEx consideration to deliver it back, however they desired to cost my charge card.

After I received the extra unit, I came across they delivered mean applied unit, aged and never actually near to the unit I bought the notebook with. They stated they wanted to test another manufacturer to determine if labored (!!!), but when I needed, exactly the same kind of device the notebook arrived initially with, I'd to deliver the main one I've first spending delivery costs both methods again.
