Beware

I requested 3 HHO models from Hydrogen Aid Improvement (www.safehho.com), investing $1,800! Up to now, I've not obtained but 1 unfinished device.

I've repeatedly requested to get a reimbursement, but haven't gotten it. They've a guarantee along with a promise however it is phony.

I paid via paypal however they won't aid since I "obtained anything." Yes, I did so get a partial device but I requested 3 total models. Paypal doesn't care easily obtained what I requested or not since it didn't undergo ebay. What? Who cares basically did not purchase it via ebay?
