Poor Customer Service - Xbox 360
I purchased an xbox for my son. I paid over $400.00 and this is the 4th time it is getting sent in due to it needing repair. It seems that ever known issue with xbox as been experienced by us. It overheated, had flashing red lights twice, the rings of death and now it does not read the games. Last time he sent it in he was told he had a year warranty to find out this morning it is 90 days. I talked to a man on the first level support and we was not able to help me so I was transferred to his supervisor. His supervisor said he would come up with a proposal and call me back in 30 to 45 minutes much to my surprise I never heard back from him. I then called back and requested that I go directly to a supervisor and they said they cant do that withnout making notes. The 45 minutes conversation I had with the hotline this morning... They did not document or do one thing.

The call was made at 10:30 CST on Sunday 2/6. I waited until 3:15 for my return phone call prior to calling back.

I want my son's XBOX fixed and I refuse to pay 429.00 to repair the known issue with your product. I cannot believe a company as large of Microsoft would not first of all provide better customer service and 2nd... Have employees that just lie on the phone and do nothing about it. This is totally unacceptable. I want someone to call me at 901 485-8297 to let me know what you are going to do to correct this situation and how I am going to get my xbox fixed for the last time. I have never purchased any gaming device that needs fixing 4 times. This is totally unacceptable for the money I have spent with your company.
