I've approached x box 360 customer support today five times because the end-of July 09. I've been looking to get a-3 pronged cord delivered to us. Each time I called back something representative explained there is an issue running the purchase and it'll be 2-3 wks for shipping. The final three times I Have named I've been used in a resolution expert who can't give a quality. They let you know the choice would be to spot another purchase and delay another 2-3 wks. A niche group was said to be considering the running issue and call within 3-5 times, never received the phone call. Last-call I required to talk to a boss and was informed he was hectic but might contact me by 10 pm, speculate what. No phone received. This is actually the toughest customer support I've previously experienced. I'll not be buying microsoft items from today on, they're not worth the cost you spend and also the trouble.
