Buyer beware if you chose to purchase Microsoft 365, you will find that Microsoft is out to try to take a monthly fee and provide a product and support that is awful. I have spent over 3 months to get this up and running.

Microsoft gets induces outside IT contractors to call themselves Microsoft Partners to lure consumers to believe these are knowledgeable technicians who can charge $110 an hour to fix your problem. When they arrive on site they convince you to buy Microsoft 365 since they claim it wills solve the problem. Don't get lured into believing this myth. It will only be the beginning of your nightmares. I now have multiple copies of contacts so I can't even use my contact listing, search function doesn't work, It messed up my lap top when 365 was installed. When I plead with microsoft that I don't want this product they try to convince you that they will have a specialist work with you to assure everything is in working order. This is a bunch of crap. Beware the product is dangerous.
