XBOX Still broken after 3 months

I bought a XBOX 360 CONSOLE expert in March.in December I switched the system on and strike had an E74 problem. I approached Microsoft and delivered it in.

They delivered it back also it nevertheless had concerns... I delivered it back again to them-and they delivered it back stating it did not have any difficulties.

I named in plus they delivered me a brand new power recommending this might set the issue... It did not.

I sent the xbox in a 3rd period and was informed by tech-support they changed it having a new one...

They delivered it back and it's dropped in delivery... Microsoft is informing me it's fedexis falt and there's nothing they are able to do. They did state if it wound up being dropped it might get 6-8 months to recognize it was dropped after which 6-8 more months to determine how to proceed about this.

I've a BBB situation available in addition to a using the Customer Protection Division in California.

Also about the 4th fix I had been informed they'd just substitute the followers within the program which must repair it, but rather they changed the whole system.

Had I not needed to deliver this system in... None of the might have occurred.
