Hp mini Viv Tam Edition SUCKS. So does HP's customer service. - HP mini 1000 Viv Tam edition

I bought a hp mini 1000, Viv Tam edition. It took me a very long time to even track one to buy. This was back in May.

Buy July, the hinges came lose, and my laptop was in two pieces. I was told it would take 3-5 working days to fix. It took 30 days.

Halfway through november, I started having troubles with the power of the laptop. The battery wouldn't charge, and the adapter wouldn't be recognised. I called HP, and they told me they were busy and would call back. I stressed the need for repair, and they told me they'd take care of it. Did they call back? Nope. My laptop got A LOT worse. The screen stopped working too. So I called HP again. Did they call back? Nope.

The third time, I told the person on the phone either they help me, or I want to speak to a manager. He was no help at all.

Finally, I went back to the store I bought it from - Myer. They told me they could refund it for me but they needed to get a number from HP - which they wouldn't give. They told Myer I had to call in and get it. I called in, and the supervisor who I finally got to speak to told me the following:

A - this particular laptop wasn't eligible for refund.
B - I needed three reference numbers - that is, three hardware malfucntions to get a replacement. I had the above mentioned problems AND problems with the sound jack. That's 4 problems all up. She said nope, they all fell under one refernce number.

Because of their shitty service, I'm stuck with this laptop. Myer are working on it for me at the moment.

I hate hp. NEVER again will I purchase anything from them. Waste of money and TERRIBLE customer service.
