Customer service is horrific! First day spent over two hours trying to get software reinstalled. They needed $50 from credit card before they even talked to me. Then transferred me to "advanced technical support" where I needed another $89 to get their assistance. The "technicians" were awful in their attitudes and their demeanor. Further customer service training is desperately required. Dell needs to get their customer service dept. Back to the U.S. Where English is understandable and agents speak clearly and succinctly. I had a very difficult time understanding the "agents" and their pronounced accents made it difficult to be communicate! The policy guidelines are unacceptable and not at all customer service friendly. Mr. Dell should try calling on a problem and see how far he gets with out repeating several serial numbers over and over again to the many agents to whom I was transferred to. Michael Dell, you should be ashamed of how your company is turing out to be. Very soon, if there are no changes, Dell will be a another "run of the mill" company like gateway or packard bell.

I am reporting this incident to the better business bureau and will try to get my monye back from you since there was no remedy to my problem. It was AWFUL, AWFUL and I will not recommend Dell to others because of your customer service! Shame on you Michael Dell!!
