My father named Geek team regarding a faulty ice-maker We weren't pleased with a specific specialist who didn't wish to substitute the part. We approached customer support regarding this individual. They advised him they'd deliver another person out to displace it. However the following day exactly the same Guy returned with another justification not to substitute the component. It's 10 hours later and also the ice manufacturer has created one little holder of snow. Therefore we still possess a faulty ice-maker. We have had this issue today for over a month. What may we do?
