Sony will not refund, nor repair my laptop

I acquired a Vaio notebook for Holiday that never did work right. Following a couple of minutes to a couple hours the vaio might BSoD & not have the ability to reverse on till after it cooled off. After some examination I came across the battery is approximately 1/16 of an inch from fitting comfortable. Each time the Computer could be transferred or handled about the base (close to the battery) it'd turn off. Sony claims this really is regular! Plus they WOn't return my nearly a thousand pounds allocated to a PC that suits together as badly as though a-2 year-old had constructed it.
