Awful shipping company!

I requested a Sony Vaio notebook on 11/27/06. I had been informed all the elements were in-stock which them could be shipped by 12/14. Them has nevertheless not been constructed. I expected for help and was informed there is no method to discover why. I inquired when they might alter shipping to overnight plus they said no. I posted 3 email grievances plus they were unresponsive. Awful company.
