Worst service

I purchased a Sony Vaio pc (notebook), but discovered battery issue and approached customer care five times. They assured again again and deliver me bare containers through FeDex without battery inside. I reported every time, they extended to deliver me the container without battery. I quit and chose to return the pc back again to the store (Bestbuy). I'll NEVER purchase sony pc and certainly will NEVER suggest it to others.
