Sony computers are the worst... I have complained about the same issue since I purchased the computer... At least 6 times... Now that the warranty has expired there is nothing they will do to help, even though I have made several complaints about the same issue... Sony never again will I purchase any of your products... And I will make sure I relay this to everyone I know and recommend they don not purchase your products either... You loose!
